Overview

Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the administration department
- Responsible for office administration matters including staff welfare, office equipment, stationery, printings, office maintenance and reparation of office facilities etc
- Monitoring for machine service claim system
- Responsible for data entries, sales order, supplier processing and arrangement
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments when required for management decision making
- To maintain and upkeep proper filling documentation
- Co-ordinate with production and sales department to arrange for transportation and delivery
- Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling
- Managing leads by tracking and following up on them
- Conducting sales presentations and product demos via the phone and internet
- Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma in Administration or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is required
- Working experience in the related field is an additional an advantages
- Candidate should be responsible, self discipline and self-motivated with good working attitude and able to work independently
- Ability to work effectively as part of a motivated and energetic team
- Positive learning attitude
- Full-Time position available
