Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service support
  • Update customer details, reconciling cash receipts
  • Monitor sales activities
  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail and phone
  • Consolidate daily & weekly sales report for reporting purposes
Requirements:
  • Minimum STPM/Diploma/2-3 years working experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent telephone mannerisms, able to speak fluent English and Bahasa
  • Familiar with Excel, Word processing
Other Info
Min. Education : Secondary/SPM/'O' Level
Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia(Good to have)
