  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service/ Front Office/ Reception related field
  • Familiar with Micros Fidelio system
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
  • Well-converse and written in Bahasa English & Bahasa Malaysia, any other languages are an added advantage
