Syarat Kelayakan
  • Warganegara Malaysia
  • Berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan jawatan
  • Memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Sains dan Teknologi Makanan atau yang setaraf dengannya dan diiktiraf oleh kerajaan daripada institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya
  • Kepujian dalam Bahasa Malaysia/ Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus ujian lisan) pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan
Deskripsi Tugas
  • Menjalankan tugas-tugas di bawah program keselamatan dan kualiti makanan ke atas industri makanan, pematuhan makanan domestik dan import, kawalan eksport makanan
  • Analisis makanan berdasarkan Akta Makanan 1983 dan peraturan-peraturan di bawahnya
  • Bertanggungjawab menjalankan aktiviti-aktiviti yang melibatkan skop latihan/ analisis risiko, mikrobiologi, molekular, aditif makanan, kontaminan dan residu racun perosak
Permohonan hendaklah dibuat dengan menggunakan Borang KKM.SM-1/99 Pin. 1/2001 yang boleh didapati menerusi alamat di bawah. Setiap permohonan hendaklah disertakan dengan satu (1) salinan fotostat sijil dan dokumen-dokumen yang di akui sah Sijil Kelahiran, Kad Pengenalan, Sijil Berhenti Sekolah, Lain-lain sijil/ surat akuan berkaitan

About Bahagian Keselamatan dan Kualiti Makanan (BKKM)
Food Safety and Quality Division (BKKM) is one of the programs under the Director General of Health, Ministry of Health (MOH See chart). Food Safety and Quality Division was established to protect the public from health hazards and fraud in the preparation, sale and storage of food. This activity has grown rapidly since the 1950s. Prior to 1985, the enforcement of safety and quality of food is carried out under the Sale of Food and Drugs 1952 legal requirements of food is realized with the country's progress in line with global developments in security and food security; technological developments in food production and food marketing. Food Act 1983 and Food Regulations 1985 came into force on October 1985
