Responsibilities
- Support sales team by attending to all enquiries (local and oversea) through phone, fax or email
- Prepare confirmed orders and co-ordinating all deliveries with store or forwarders for immediate dispatch to local or oversea customers’ respectively
- Issue delivery order and invoice for all customers
- Verifying customers’ purchase order and our invoice before handing over to Accounts Department
- Responsible for the purchase of all trading stock
- Assist in inventory control
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales report
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
- SPM or Diploma
- Relevant working experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft word; MYOB
- A team player with good attitude and drive to excel
- Great interpersonal and communication skill to people at all level
- Able to start work immediately / short notice
